Depending on the form you use, I receive your name, age, contact details, occupation, general goals, activity level, area and preferred start timeframe. A Meta lead form may also ask whether you are considering the five-week program priced at $1,500. I also keep the submission date and correspondence about your enquiry. Please do not include medical information, payment details or identity documents in an initial enquiry.

I use it to respond to your enquiry, discuss the program and its price, check training location and scheduling, and arrange next steps. I may contact you through WhatsApp or the contact method you provide. An enquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or constitute consent to automated marketing.

I manage enquiries in my CRM. WhatsApp or another contact service you choose is used for correspondence. Enquiries submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms are also processed by Meta. These services process information under their own privacy policies.

Enquiry data is manually deleted from the active CRM 30 calendar days after the last personal communication. If no personal communication took place, it is deleted 30 calendar days after submission. This rule does not apply to enquiries marked as client records. Backups of the active CRM are not currently maintained. This policy does not control copies independently retained by Meta, messaging providers or the other participant in a conversation.

You can ask me to stop contacting you, correct your information or delete your enquiry data by emailing arseni.babiak@gmail.com. I may need to verify your identity to fulfil your request.
